Our company has taken the following measures for after-sales service for steel plants.
1 After-sales service staff must be selected and undergo rigorous training from our company and must pass a qualifying examination.2 After-sales service staff will provide round-the-clock monitoring and service.
3 After-sales staff shall regularly report on product usage. They will respond to and resolve quality-related problems in a timely manner. They shall provide the necessary products and technical correction, taking into account changes to on-site conditions.
4 Technicians will regularly visit the site and check on the products and accept customer feedback.
