The Company has various kinds of raw material processing equipment such as jaw crushers, double roll crushers, multi-layer vibration sieving machines and pendulum milling machines. As well, it possesses many kinds of mixing devices, such as the 850-mode clay mixers, 750-mode planetary forced mixers, double helix suspension-core pre-mixers and SJ350-mode slurry mixers. It also possesses large-scale refractory product molding devices, such as J93-mode one kilotonne friction press, the J93-mode 630 tonne friction press, 800-tonne friction press and vibration molding machine, as well as refractory heat treatment kilns, such as automatic far infrared electric heating drying kilns, shuttle-type drying kilns, and shuttle-type high temperature kilns. Thanks to advanced technological equipment, the company possesses the reliable hardware to guarantee the production of various kinds of high-quality refractory materials.
The testing center of the Company possesses a number of capable testing equipment for experiments and assay tests, including a room-temperature, pressure-proof strength-testing machine, a room-temperature anti-fracture testing machine, and a high-temperature anti-fracture testing machine. As well, it has a carbon analyzer, spectrophotometer, apparent porosity and bulk density testing meter, many different kinds of testing scales and slag erosion testing furnace – all of which meet the requirements of quality control and technological development of refractory material
